Cancelling Orders Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or prior to shipment, whichever occurs first.

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes
We do not provide the option to modify items or shipping addresses once an order is submitted. If changes are needed, the order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new one placed.
